What to include

• A wrong result. Send the exact inputs you used and the figure you expected. Because the tools run locally, we cannot see what you entered, so the numbers are the only way we can reproduce it.
• A tool that will not load. Your browser and version help, and the console output helps more.
• A translation that reads badly. Tell us which page and what it should say. We would rather fix awkward wording than leave it.
• A tool you wish existed. Describe the job you are trying to finish rather than the interface you imagine — it usually leads somewhere better.

What we cannot help with

We cannot give financial, tax, legal, or medical advice, and we cannot review your particular loan, return, or health situation. For those, please speak to someone qualified in your country.

Response time

This is a small project run alongside other work. Expect a reply within a few days. Reports of an incorrect calculation jump the queue.
