Terms of use

The terms that apply when you use the tools on this site.

Last updated: 21 August 2026.

Using ReadoutKit means you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What you may do

You may use every tool on this site, for personal or commercial work, at no cost and without asking permission. Results you produce are yours. You do not need to credit us, though a link is always welcome.

What you may not do

  • Attempt to disrupt the site, or use automated systems in a way that degrades it for other people.
  • Republish the site's written explanations as your own work.
  • Use the tools in the course of anything unlawful.

No warranty

The tools are provided as they are. We work to keep the calculations correct and cover them with automated tests, but we do not guarantee that any result is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. Formulas are simplified in places, and those simplifications are described on each tool's page.

Nothing here is financial, tax, legal, or medical advice. The calculators do not know your circumstances or your jurisdiction. Before acting on any figure produced here — signing a loan, filing a return, changing your diet — check it with a qualified professional and against the actual documents you have been given.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on a result it produced. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum permitted by the law that applies to you.

Availability

The site is offered without any uptime commitment. Tools may be changed, renamed, or withdrawn at any time, and links to a removed tool may stop working.

Advertising

This site displays advertising. Advertisements are supplied by third parties and their presence is not an endorsement. Any dealing you have with an advertiser is between you and them.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised. The date at the top of this page marks the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
